OnePlus Nord Leaked Specifications

OnePlus has kept details of their upcoming budget smartphone, officially called OnePlus Nord under wraps and only a little glimpse of the smartphone was revealed in the latest teaser posted by them on their YouTube channel.

OnePlus Nord is set to launch on the 21st of July and pre-orders begin on 15th July. Ahead of its launch, popular leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks) tweeted an image revealing details of the smartphone. As seen in the official teaser and recent Instagram posts, we already know that the OnePlus Nord sports a dual-selfie camera, AMOLED display, and is powered by SoC but details of other specifications are hushed up.

As per leaks, the OnePlus Nord will feature a 6.44-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 408ppi pixel density, and 20:9 aspect ratio. It is said to run OxygenOS 10 and have a Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The processor, as confirmed by OnePlus will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G 5G. It is also rumored to have two variants – 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM and 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM and the phone will use LPDDR4X RAM. It may have three colour options – Grey Ash, Grey Onyx, and Blue Marble.

Leaks also suggest that the OnePlus Nord will have a Quad camera setup at the back and dual selfie shooters at the front. The rear camera setup is said to have a 48MP Sony IMX 568 sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) + Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS), an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, a 32MP shooter with an f2.45 aperture plus an 8MP wide-angle camera. It will also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.1. As for the battery, the OnePlus Nord will be backed by a 4,115mAh battery and will support 30W fast charging.

The phone weighs 185 grams and the design is said to be similar to the OnePlus 7T. Based on all these speculations, we think the OnePlus Nord will be priced around Rs. 30,000 but we will have to wait till its launch which is not so long from now to confirm on all of the above.
