Audi has introduced a new in-vehicle digital experience called My Auras, aimed at transforming traditional vehicle ownership into a more personalised and lifestyle-oriented offering. The feature aims to integrate multi-sensory cabin controls into a single interface designed to enhance comfort, emotional engagement, and convenience during daily drives.
The My Auras feature is available through the MyAudi Connect platform and is integrated directly into compatible Audi vehicles. It allows users to simultaneously adjust several cabin elements such as ambient lighting, temperature, seat ventilation, massage settings, aromatization, and music playback through a single tap. The system also supports integrated streaming via Apple Music.
According to Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director of Audi India, the new feature aligns with the brand’s ‘Vorsprung durch Technik’ philosophy, which focuses on using advanced technology to deliver tailored customer experiences. He stated that modern luxury consumers expect adaptive and emotionally engaging environments, and My Auras has been developed to provide curated driving moods ranging from calming and relaxing to festive or celebratory settings.
Beyond comfort and ambience, the application also integrates practical ownership features such as roadside assistance and service scheduling, consolidating vehicle-related services within a single digital ecosystem. The company claims that these functions are designed to reduce ownership-related stress while improving overall convenience.
The platform also introduces occasion-based personalisation, including festive themes and a birthday mode that automatically activates customised cabin settings on the user’s special day. Audi states that the feature is scalable across a wide range of its Indian portfolio, including select sedans, SUVs, performance models, and electric vehicles.
My Auras is accessible via the MyAudi Connect app on compatible iPhones and through the vehicle’s infotainment system. The feature is currently available on Audi vehicles manufactured from model year 2024 onwards, with functionality dependent on specific device and software compatibility.
