    Colorful Launches iGame Z790D5 Vulcan W and Z790D5 Vulcan X Motherboards

    Colorful Technology has introduced the flagship iGame Z790D5 Vulcan W and Z790D5 Vulcan X motherboards. Unveiled at COMPUTEX 2024, the iGame Z790D5 Vulcan is available in white and black models and is designed in an E-ATX form factor. Noteworthy features of the motherboard include USB4 40Gbps connectivity and the latest WiFi 7.

    The iGame Z790D5 Vulcan W/X motherboards also boast a 19+1+1 power phase design with DrMos 105A power stages, along with a dedicated LN2 Mode for extreme overclocking. Additionally, the motherboard’s server-grade 8-layer low-loss PCB facilitates stable overclocking.

    The iGame Z790D5 Vulcan motherboards are equipped with high-performance fin-stack heatsinks on their VRMs and a large heatsink covering the M.2 slots and PCH. These ensure efficient heat dissipation. Furthermore, the motherboard’s RGB-lit Vulcan branding on the rear I/O cover is fully customizable using the iGame Center app.

    The iGame Z790D5 Vulcan motherboard is tailored for high-end desktop systems, featuring a server-grade 8-layer low-loss PCB with a 19+1+1 Power Phase Design with DrMOS 105A power stages. It is designed to support Intel Core i9-level processors with overclocking capabilities and includes a specific LN2 MODE for professional overclockers.

    The iGame Z790D5 Vulcan motherboards provide ample storage expansion options. They feature four M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs and six SATA 3 connectors. The motherboard’s rear I/O interface is equipped with advanced features such as BIOS update and clearing buttons, multiple USB ports, and USB4 40Gbps Type-C interfaces compatible with the Thunderbolt protocol. Additional advanced features including a Safe Boot button, LN2 Mode, Slow Mode switch, and dual BIOS switch make troubleshooting and overclocking more accessible.
