Lenovo has launched Gen 11 Legion and LOQ gaming laptops in India. The Legion 5i, Legion 5a, and LOQ 15AHP11 have all been announced. All three have NVIDIA RTX 50 Series GPUs and next-gen processors.
Kaman Chawla, Director of Consumer Business at Lenovo India, said modern gamers and creators “don’t fit into a single mold.” The goal, he added, is to give users the tools to explore their many uses.
Performance and AI Hardware
The Gen 11 lineup runs on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs, built on the Blackwell architecture. These GPUs support DLSS 4 and Reflex 2. The RTX 5060 Laptop GPU delivers up to 572 AI TOPS. The RTX 5050 Laptop GPU delivers up to 440 AI TOPS. Lenovo integrates this GPU performance with its proprietary AI Engine+ system.
Legion 5i
The Legion 5i is at the centre of the lineup. It runs on Intel Core Ultra 9 and Ultra 7 processors and is powered by dual LA1 and LA3 AI Core chips. This setup detects when the user is gaming in real time. It then adaptively tunes the CPU, GPU, and system settings.
It comes with an RTX 5060 Laptop GPU (8GB GDDR7) and a 15.3-inch WQXGA OLED display running at 165Hz with 500 nits of brightness. Memory goes up to 32GB of 5600 MT/s DDR5, and storage tops out at 2TB on an M.2 PCIe Gen 4 SSD. The laptop weighs about 1.87kg.

Legion 5a
Lenovo launches the Legion 5a for AMD fans. It uses the Ryzen 7 250 processor from the Ryzen 200 Series and a single LA1 AI Core chip that processes the AI Engine+. This chip intelligently optimises system settings during heavy workloads. This gives users high-FPS responsiveness and lag-free multitasking.
It comes with an RTX 5060 or RTX 5050 Laptop GPU (8GB GDDR7) and the same 15.3-inch WQXGA OLED display at 165Hz and 500 nits. Memory and storage are the same as the Legion 5i, with up to 32GB of DDR5 and 2TB of SSD storage. It weighs around 1.87kg.
LOQ 15AHP11
The LOQ 15AHP11 is the final laptop in the lineup. It has premium gaming features at a lower price point. The laptop runs on AMD Ryzen 200 Series processors and RTX 50 Series GPUs. It also uses the LA1 AI chip for automatic system optimisation.
It comes with an RTX 5060 or 5050 Laptop GPU (8GB GDDR7) and a 15.3-inch WQXGA IPS display at 180Hz, or a WUXGA IPS panel at 165Hz. Memory and storage stay the same, with up to 32GB of DDR5 and 2TB of SSD storage. It’s the heaviest of the three at roughly 2.1kg.
Pricing and Availability
The Legion 5i starts at Rs 2,65,990. The Legion 5a starts at Rs 2,25,990. The LOQ 15AHP11 starts at Rs 1,99,990. All three will be available on Lenovo.com, at Lenovo exclusive stores, and at select retail outlets. Lenovo also offers Custom-to-Order (CTO) options, where buyers can pick their own specs.
