The Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 promises significant performance upgrades, featuring a 27% increase in CPU performance, a 30% boost in GPU graphic rendering speeds, and an impressive 65% improvement in AI performance. These enhancements are set to boost the user’s experience across various applications, from photography to gaming.
Leading OEMs such as HONOR, vivo, and realme are expected to adopt the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 in their upcoming devices. This collaboration highlights Qualcomm’s ongoing commitment to providing powerful mobile solutions.

Chris Patrick, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Mobile Handsets at Qualcomm, noted the platform’s AI-driven capabilities and improved hardware integration. He highlighted the ease of use for consumers wanting to capture, create, and share their experiences, thanks to the innovations built into the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4.
In a statement, Fei Fang, President of Products at HONOR, expressed excitement about the partnership with Qualcomm, stating that the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 will enable the company to deliver enhanced performance and innovative features in their forthcoming devices. Similarly, Weifeng Ouyang, Vice President of Product at vivo, mentioned the long-standing collaboration with Qualcomm and their enthusiasm to integrate the new platform into their smartphones.
The first devices featuring the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 will be announced later this month by vivo and HONOR.
