THOMSON has made a noteworthy return to the Indian market with the launch of its new Mini LED TV series. Available in 65” and 75” variants, these televisions aim to enhance the viewing experience for Indian consumers.
The latest models are encased in a premium metallic body, merging aesthetics with durability, making them suitable for modern living spaces. They will be exclusively available on Flipkart starting from July 17, 2025, with competitive pricing set at ₹61,999 for the 65” model and ₹95,999 for the 75” model.
THOMSON’s Mini LED TVs are equipped with technologies designed to elevate visual quality. Featuring Smart Eye Shield, 540 Local Dimming zones, and Dynamic Backlight technology, these TVs promise enhanced contrast and detail, allowing viewers to enjoy vivid experiences during action movies, thrillers, and more.

Additionally, the new Mini LED series boasts Mini QD 4K displays and a robust 108W speaker system powered by Google TV. This combination is marketed as a multifaceted home entertainment hub, integrating television, gaming, and smart home functionality within a single device.
Avneet Singh Marwah, CEO of SPPL, the exclusive licensee of THOMSON in India, remarked, “Our new Mini LED range brings together top display technologies, including Dolby Vision and HDR10, along with Dolby Atmos audio and a Google TV experience, all made in India.”
The partnership with Flipkart has been emphasized as a vital component of THOMSON’s growth in India since its re-entry in 2018. Marwah acknowledged Flipkart’s support in helping establish THOMSON as a trusted smart TV brand.
Rakesh Krishnan, Vice President – Large Appliances at Flipkart, noted that the introduction of THOMSON’s Mini LED series aligns with Flipkart’s goal to enhance access to innovative technologies for Indian consumers. He highlighted the platform’s commitment to affordability through various purchasing options.

– Display Technology: Mini QD Display with Local Dimming provides enhanced contrast and deep blacks, alongside a peak brightness of 1500 nits and a contrast ratio of 100,000:1.
– Audio: A sound system with six speakers supporting Dolby Atmos and custom sound modes for different media types.
– Smart Features: Running on Google TV (v4.0), they offer voice search, personalized recommendations, and access to 10,000+ apps.
– Gaming Ready: Equipped with features such as 120Hz MEMC and supports gamepads and a variety of peripherals.
