Vivo is revving up to launch its next performance-focused smartphone, the Vivo T4 5G, and it’s already generating buzz for all the right reasons. Slated for release on April 18, the upcoming device is teasing some impressive credentials. The brand has dropped a teaser that hints at the largest battery ever seen on an Indian smartphone, all while being powered by a capable Snapdragon chipset. Talk about blending power and efficiency in a sleek package.

A Familiar Face with New Muscle?

The Vivo T4 5G is strongly believed to be a rebranded sibling of the iQOO Z10, and the design teasers lend credence to this theory. From the punch-hole display on the front to the circular rear camera housing and minimal bezels, the resemblance is unmistakable. But Vivo seems to be setting this one apart with a focus on performance and endurance.

If leaks are on point, the T4 5G could feature a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and an eye-searing peak brightness of 5000 nits, perfect for outdoor visibility. Under the hood, we’re expecting the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor coupled with Adreno 720 GPU, delivering both snappy performance and efficient multitasking.

RAM and storage options will likely include 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4X memory and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. As for software, Vivo’s custom Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 could be running the show.

    A Battery Beast

But the real showstopper might be the battery. Rumors point toward a jaw-dropping 7,300 mAh battery, one of the largest ever in a mainstream smartphone, paired with 90W fast charging. That’s a clear nod to gamers and power users who hate living near a charging cable.

    Camera and Color Options

Photography duties are expected to be handled by a dual rear camera setup, headlined by a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor, backed by a 2MP depth sensor. A 32MP front shooter is set to take care of selfies and video calls. Vivo has revealed two striking colour options: Emerald Blaze and Phantom Grey. Expect these names to be part of the marketing flair.

    Pricing and Availability

Based on the iQOO Z10’s pricing, the Vivo T4 5G could land between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000. The device is already listed on Flipkart’s support page, confirming that it’ll be available through both Flipkart and Vivo’s official site post-launch.
