Apple has officially launched its third retail store in India and its first outlet in Bengaluru, strengthening its presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing smartphone markets. The Apple Hebbal store opened to the public on September 2 at 1 PM, marking the company’s entry into India’s southern technology capital.

This new outlet joins Apple BKC in Mumbai, Apple Saket in Delhi, and the Apple Store Online, giving customers across India more ways to experience Apple’s ecosystem of products and services.

Apple Hebbal: A Hub of Innovation and Community

“We are delighted to open Apple Hebbal, a community hub that celebrates Bengaluru’s spirit of innovation,” said Deirdre O’Brien, senior vice president of Retail and People at Apple. “We can’t wait to connect with people here and inspire them to create, collaborate, and do amazing things with Apple. We’re excited to continue to bring Apple experiences to customers across India, who inspire us with their creativity and passion.”

The store offers visitors a hands-on experience of the latest Apple products, including:

    • iPhone 16 series
    • MacBook Pro with M4 chips
    • iPad Air with Apple Pencil Pro
    • Apple Watch Series 10
    • Accessories such as AirPods 4 and AirTag

    Personalized Shopping and Support

    At Apple Hebbal, customers can:

    • Explore products on interactive boulevards and tables
    • Book tailored shopping sessions with Apple Specialists
    • Get professional help at the Genius Bar
    • Use the Apple Pickup service to collect online orders at their convenience

The store is powered by a diverse team of 70 employees from 15 Indian states, trained to guide customers through Apple Trade In, monthly payment options, and iOS switching. One-on-one assistance with Personal Setup is also available.

    Green Operations and Creative Learning

Apple Hebbal is built with sustainability at its core, running entirely on renewable energy and being carbon neutral. Visitors can attend Today at Apple sessions, led by Apple Creatives, covering:

    • Photography
    • Apple Intelligence
    • Creative uses of iPad and Apple Pencil

The store also welcomes family, student, and business bookings, making it a hub for both learning and collaboration.

    Support for Entrepreneurs and Startups

Apple’s Business Team at Hebbal will help startups and small to medium enterprises (SMEs) with:

    • Personalized technology guidance
    • Device solutions
    • Growth tools for scaling operations

    Expanding Beyond Mumbai and Delhi

The Bengaluru launch marks Apple’s expansion beyond Mumbai and Delhi into India’s southern tech corridor home to global IT giants and a thriving startup ecosystem. Experts say this move reflects Apple’s confidence in India’s rising consumer spending power and its commitment to deepen its retail footprint in major metropolitan markets.
