Nothing’s New Campaign Stars Zeenat Aman, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Seedhe Maut

Nothing has unveiled a new brand campaign titled “Start with Nothing”, bringing together yesteryear star Zeenat Aman, actor Siddhant Chaturvedi and hip-hop duo Seedhe Maut. Aimed at celebrating originality, individuality and the courage to challenge convention, the campaign positions these cultural icons alongside Nothing’s own journey as a technology brand that has sought to differentiate itself through distinctive design and a philosophy centred around self-expression.

According to Nothing, the campaign explores the idea that while technology can analyse patterns, recreate styles and process information, it cannot replicate instinct, conviction or originality. The campaign film adopts a retro-futuristic visual style, imagining an advanced system attempting to decode what makes each of the three personalities unique.

By revisiting milestones from their careers that include Zeenat Aman’s iconic filmography, Siddhant Chaturvedi’s early audition tapes and Seedhe Maut’s rise in independent hip-hop, the film ultimately concludes that true creativity cannot be manufactured.

Throughout the campaign, the creators are seen using products from Nothing’s ecosystem, including the Phone (4a), Phone (4a) Pro, Phone (4b), Ear (Open) and Headphone (1), reinforcing the company’s message that technology should complement individuality rather than conform to industry norms.

Commenting on the campaign, Akis Evangelidis, Co-founder and India President of Nothing, said Start with Nothing reflects the values on which the company was built. He noted that the campaign celebrates people who created their own identities by challenging established norms, much like Nothing has attempted to do within the consumer technology industry.

The campaign marks the beginning of what Nothing describes as a broader cultural movement. The company has confirmed that creators including Vishal Jethwa, Trinetra Haldar, Ikisvon Jamang, Santanu Hazarika, Subiksha Shivakumar, BOH!B and Aksomaniac will join the initiative in the coming months.
