Oppo has dropped a teaser image for an upcoming smartphone launch in India. The image shows a phone in profile, wrapped in a warm orange-gold glow against a black background. The screen stays dark. Only the Oppo logo and a “Coming Soon” tag appear on the page. The brand hasn’t named the phone yet. However, the timing and the design language point to the Oppo F35 Pro.
Reports over the past few weeks have built up to this moment. Tipster Debayan Roy claimed the F35 series would launch in India around late August or early September, just ahead of Flipkart’s Big Billion Days and Amazon’s Great Indian Festival sales. That timeline lines up with this teaser. Brands typically kick off promotional campaigns right before a launch, so the pattern fits.
According to speculation, the phone could be a rebranded version of the Oppo A7 Pro Max, adjusted for the Indian market. Expect a price between Rs 40,000 and Rs 45,000.

The Rumoured Spec Sheet:
A 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPS OLED flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. A Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset, paired with UFS 3.1 storage. 128GB looks to be the base storage option. The F35 Pro could pack a 10,000mAh battery. That would make it one of the largest batteries on a mainstream Indian smartphone.
Camera specs from the A7 Pro point to a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor, a 2-megapixel secondary lens, and a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 sensor front camera.
The predecessor F33 series launched in April this year. The F33 started at Rs 31,999, and the F33 Pro at Rs 37,999. Both ran a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, a MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max chipset, and a 7,000mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC charging. If the F35 Pro numbers hold, Oppo is pushing the display, battery, and chipset further this generation. The price jump reflects that shift.
Oppo hasn’t confirmed any of these specs yet. The company has only confirmed the teaser image so far. Official word on pricing, launch date, and specs should follow in the coming weeks.
