Foxconn Recalls Majority of Chinese Workers from iPhone Factories in India
Foxconn, Apple’s largest contract manufacturer, has reportedly withdrawn over 300 Chinese employees from its iPhone production units in India, according to a Bloomberg report. The recall includes most of the Chinese workforce based at Indian facilities, with only Taiwanese staff continuing on-site operations.
While the reason for the recall has not been officially disclosed, this shift may impact production schedules, especially as Apple ramps up local manufacturing in India to reduce reliance on China.

Indian Railways has launched RailOne, a new all-in-one mobile app aimed at simplifying train travel across India. The app integrates core services like IRCTC ticket booking, PNR status tracking, and onboard food delivery, all through a single platform.
The app was unveiled by Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw during the 40th Foundation Day of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) on July 2. CRIS, the digital backbone of Indian Railways, developed RailOne to enhance user experience and streamline passenger services across the nation.
