    ViewSonic Launches Foldable 138-inch LED Display for Instant, Large-Scale Visuals

    The ViewSonic-LDS138-151 is a 138-inch all-in-one LED display designed to simplify large-scale visual setups.

    ViewSonic has introduced its latest large-format display in India, called the LDS138-151.
    It’s a 138-inch all-in-one LED display designed to simplify large-scale visual setups in corporate and institutional environments.
    The new ViewSonic model aims to provide a portable alternative to traditional fixed installations, combining a foldable form factor with integrated AV features.
    Unlike conventional LED setups that often require extensive on-site assembly, the LDS138-151 is shipped as a pre-assembled unit.

    It includes the LED modules, cabinets, and a motorised floor stand with a built-in control box, allowing it to be set up in less than 10 minutes.
    ViewSonic-LDS138-151-Display
    The ViewSonic LDS138-151 also features 360-degree wheels and motorised height adjustment.
    This plug-and-play functionality removes the need for external wiring, wall mounting, or additional AV hardware, making it suitable for spaces where permanent modifications aren’t feasible.
    A notable design feature of the LDS138-151 is the relocation of the control box from beneath the screen to the motorised stand.
    This change enables a 99% screen-to-body ratio, minimising visible borders and helping maintain a clean viewing experience.
    The floor stand also houses dual 30W speakers, which are angled to enhance audio delivery without requiring external speakers.
    The display’s foldable design allows for more compact packaging and easier transport.
    It can fit into large passenger elevators and be moved between floors using the included flight case.
    The unit also features 360-degree wheels and motorised height adjustment of up to 65 cm, enabling flexible positioning in different room layouts or event setups.
    To ensure resilience in high-traffic or semi-public environments, the LDS138-151 incorporates a protective Glue-on-Board (GOB) epoxy coating on the display surface.
    This adds durability against dust, moisture, and minor impact, earning it an IP54 rating.
    Such protection makes it a practical option for locations like auditoriums, corporate lobbies, galleries, and training centres.
    On the visual front, the display offers Full HD resolution with a pixel pitch of 1.588 mm and up to 600 nits of brightness.
    It supports 100-level brightness adjustment for adaptability in varied lighting conditions and uses ViewSonic’s Cinema SuperColor+ Technology to deliver a wide 120% Rec.709 colour gamut for accurate colour reproduction.
    Connectivity and collaboration are also a focus.
    The LDS138-151 supports dual-band Wi-Fi and comes preloaded with the vCast app for screen sharing, along with AirSync.
    A dedicated compartment allows for discreet placement of a laptop or mini PC, and the unit supports Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-Picture modes with up to four HDMI inputs.
    The ViewSonic LDS138-151 is positioned as a versatile solution for venues looking to implement large-format visuals quickly and without permanent structural changes.
    It bridges portability with premium display performance in a market where demand is growing for adaptable, high-impact AV solutions.
