Guest post writing guidelines

• Quality: Well-written, original, and helpful to our audience.
• Length: 600–1000 words preferred. Long-form guides (1200+ words) considered if in-depth.
• Formatting: Use H2/H3 headings, short paragraphs, bullets, and numbered steps where relevant.
• Originality: Submit only original content not published elsewhere. We typically ask for exclusive publication rights.
• Images: Feature image 1200×700px; internal images 765×400px. Keep images <100 KB and include descriptive ALT text.

SEO & Links

• Use keyword-rich titles and subheadings. Include target keywords naturally.
• Add internal links to relevant Exhibit.tech posts when appropriate.
• Include only up to 2 hyperlinks in the body
• Provide a Meta Title (≤ 60 chars) and Meta Description (≤ 155 chars)..

Please do not submit

We do not accept guest posts on the following topics:

• Casino & gambling
• CBD or cannabis products
• Adult, irrelevant, or off-topic content

3. Publication: If accepted, we will notify you with the publication date and share the live link.
