Google has officially launched its next-gen AI video generator, Veo 3, in India. Now available to Gemini Pro users, the tool lets you turn words and pictures into short, sound-rich videos.

AI Video Creation Just Got Smarter

Veo 3 is Google’s most advanced AI video tool, allowing users to create 8-second clips enhanced with voiceovers, music, and sound effects. All it takes is a text prompt or a still image to bring a concept to life.

The tool mimics real audio environments, helping deliver more lifelike, immersive results. These AI-generated clips are ideal for everything from creative experiments to quick storytelling.

Each video is marked with visible and invisible SynthID watermarks, ensuring proper attribution and traceability of AI-generated content.

Available for Gemini Pro Users in India

Indian users subscribed to Gemini Pro now have full access to Veo 3’s capabilities. Once logged in, they can simply describe their scene or upload an image, and Veo 3 generates a full video sequence, complete with synchronized visuals and audio.

This rollout gives creators, influencers, educators, and marketers a powerful new way to craft content that grabs attention across social platforms.

Going Viral: Veo 3 Content Lights Up X and Beyond

Since its unveiling at Google I/O 2025, Veo 3 has gone viral across X (formerly Twitter) and other platforms. Users are sharing clips of imagined historical moments, fictional conversations, and surreal skits all made with simple prompts.

Google has praised the community’s creativity, noting how Veo 3 is being used for everything from whimsical ideas to bold visual experiments.

Prioritizing AI Safety and Content Integrity

With every rollout, Google underscores its focus on ethical AI use. Veo 3 has undergone intensive red teaming and testing to ensure that content remains safe, non-deceptive, and responsible.

The platform includes built-in safeguards to prevent misuse and promote trustworthy AI practices, reinforcing Google’s broader AI safety initiatives.

Veo 3 vs Other AI Video Platforms: What Sets It Apart

Analysts see Veo 3 as Google’s response to competitors like OpenAI’s Sora. But according to Eli Collins, VP of Product at Google DeepMind, Veo 3 stands apart thanks to:

    • Accurate real-world physics
    • Impressive lip-sync capabilities
    • Support for both text and image-based prompts

These features help creators produce visually compelling, physics-aware, and highly expressive short videos with ease.

Veo 3 Opens New Creative Possibilities in India

Whether you’re an artist, storyteller, or social media creator, Veo 3 brings a new dimension to content creation in India. With its fusion of text, visuals, and sound powered by cutting-edge AI the possibilities are endless.
