This year, Sunburn Festival has partnered with Revenant Esports (RNTX) to launch Game The Beat, a first-of-its-kind collaboration merging music and gaming.
The initiative will debut at Sunburn Festival 2025, scheduled from December 19th to 21st at Infiniti Bay, Sewri, Mumbai.
The partnership aims to bridge the gap between two of India’s largest youth-driven communities, which are EDM fans and gamers.
The aim, they say, is to create a new cultural ecosystem that combines the energy of live music festivals with the interactivity of digital gaming.
Game The Beat will extend Sunburn’s engagement into digital spaces throughout the year while positioning Revenant Esports in the mainstream lifestyle and entertainment circuit.
Through this collaboration, Revenant will leverage its 50 million+ digital reach to bring creator-led campaigns and gaming integrations to the festival audience.
Fans can expect Sunburn-branded gaming events, custom lobbies, giveaways, and a mini-series chronicling top creators’ journeys from gaming bootcamps to the Sunburn stage.
On-site, Sunburn Festival 2025 will feature a dedicated Gaming Arena offering live tournaments, meet-and-greets, and interactive experiences.
Exclusive co-branded merchandise and digital content drops are also planned for both communities.
Karan Singh, CEO of Sunburn, said the partnership “reflects the evolution of audience behaviour, where experiences transcend formats and fandoms.”
He added that the initiative marks “a new era of immersive entertainment for a generation that doesn’t just consume culture but actively creates it.”
Rohit N. Jagasia, Founder & CEO of Revenant Esports, called the collaboration “a unification of the rhythm of sound with the rush of gaming,” noting that Game The Beat will redefine youth engagement with an expected digital reach of 3–5 million.
