This acquisition signifies a new direction for iBall, which aims to reinvigorate its market presence with a renewed focus and expanded vision, supported by Zebronics operational capabilities, distribution framework, manufacturing support, and service ecosystem.
iBall, founded in 2001, has established itself as a key player in India’s technology landscape, recognized for its commitment to quality and innovation. The brand’s philosophy, ‘Designed for Excellence,’ will guide its resurgence as it adapts to the demands of today’s digital and design-focused consumers.
Zebronics co-founder and director, Mr. Rajesh Doshi, expressed pride in the strategic acquisition, highlighting that it was supported by a unanimous decision from the board of directors. He acknowledged the efforts of Mr. Sandeep Doshi, noting his pivotal role in the planning and execution of this acquisition. Doshi indicated that the company is set to relaunch iBall soon with a new range of products while maintaining the brand’s legacy.
