Royal Enfield has updated the Continental GT 650 with a set of styling and practicality-focused changes, while retaining the mechanical package and cafe racer character of the motorcycle. The updated model is available across India in four colourways.
The latest Continental GT 650 gets a black-painted instrument cowl, new LED trafficators and a USB Type-C fast-charging port. Royal Enfield has also introduced a blacked-out treatment for the engine, exhaust and cast alloy wheels on the Rocker Red variant. The Apex Grey variant continues with the blacked-out mechanical components and alloy wheels.
Mechanical specifications remain unchanged. The motorcycle is powered by Royal Enfield’s 648cc parallel-twin engine with air/oil cooling, producing 47 hp at 7,150 rpm and 52.3 Nm of torque at 5,250 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The motorcycle continues to use a steel tubular double-cradle frame developed with Harris Performance, along with telescopic front forks and gas-charged twin rear shock absorbers.

The Continental GT 650 retains its sculpted fuel tank, committed riding position and vintage-inspired silhouette, drawing on the café racer designs of the 1950s and ’60s. The latest changes are aimed at adding contemporary convenience without altering the motorcycle’s established design identity.
Prices start at ₹3,58,427 (ex-showroom) for the Rocker Red with blacked-out engine and cast alloy wheels. The British Racing Green, with polished engine and traditional spoke wheels, is also priced at ₹3,58,427. The Apex Grey costs ₹3,80,921, while the Mr Clean variant with polished engine and spoke wheels is the most expensive at ₹3,87,667 (all prices ex-showroom).
The updates keep the Continental GT 650 mechanically familiar while adding a handful of features aimed at making Royal Enfield’s modern café racer more convenient for everyday riding.
