Clash of Clans, a game with 2 billion overall downloads, has teamed up with WWE for a second crossover. This time, the game is turning the rivalry between Cody Rhodes and John Cena into an in-game hunt. Cena also addressed the rivalry in the announcement. He said the competition with Rhodes began in Clash of Clans after he out-raided Rhodes and was later removed from his team.
The event began on September 1 and will run until September 30. During this period, players can search for Cena’s loot-filled village while carrying out their daily raids. Players who successfully find and raid Cena’s village can also earn an exclusive Cody Rhodes statue for their village. However, they must complete a successful raid to receive the reward.
Rhodes has also brought other WWE Superstars into the search. The Undertaker and IYO SKY are among the names joining the campaign. They will encourage their fans to take part in the hunt online. Both WWE stars, Rhodes and Cena, have played Clash of Clans for years. According to the announcement, Rhodes has been playing the game for a decade.

WWE Superstars Become Clash of Clans Heroes
The crossover brings six WWE Superstars into the game as Clash of Clans characters:
- Cody Rhodes as the Barbarian King
- Alexa Bliss as the Archer Queen
- The Undertaker as the Grand Warden
- IYO SKY as the Royal Champion
- Jey Uso as the Minion Prince
- Kane as the Dragon Duke
Cody Rhodes returns as the Barbarian King after appearing in the previous WWE collaboration.
Players can also access other WWE-themed content. This includes temporary troops, a village theme based on WWE Money in the Bank and WWE chests with additional rewards. Rewards include the returning Action Figure Equipment, Challenge Tickets and a guaranteed Cody Rhodes Skin.
Players who already own the Cody Rhodes Skin will receive other rewards instead. Depending on what they have already collected, they can receive a random Gold Pass skin, random Equipment or a Book of Everything.
