Canva has crossed a big milestone since its entry into workplace productivity. The company rolled out its 100th Visual Suite feature since the beginning of 2026. That is a new upgrade nearly every other day, spread across Docs, Presentations, Sheets, Whiteboards, and Video.
The scale behind this push is large. More than 100 million people now use Canva Presentations every month, making it one of the top three tools used for presentations globally. Canva Docs has grown even faster, with usage more than tripling over the past three years.
India plays a key role in this growth. The country leads Visual Suite usage on mobile across South Asia, with more than 70% of Indian users creating their designs directly on their phones.
Cameron Adams, Canva’s co-founder and chief product officer, said the Visual Suite has grown from an early bet into one of the most widely used productivity suites in the world. He added that the company still sees itself as only “1% of the way there.”

What’s new across the Visual Suite:
- Docs: now support full-page, edge-to-edge visual layouts.
- Sheets: get over a dozen new formatting and customisation tools. New AI features can turn raw data into ready-to-use charts and tables.
- Whiteboards: are faster to navigate, with smoother panning and mobile pasting. A new Follow Collaborators feature lets teams jump straight to where a teammate is working.
- Presentations: add tools like a presenting timer, one-click live presenting, and auto-generated presenter notes.
- Websites: get new SEO tools, domain controls, and expanded buttons.
One platform instead of many
Most productivity suites split work across separate apps, one for whiteboards, another for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Canva wants to change that. Inside Canva, a project can move through every stage without switching tools. An idea starts on a whiteboard, turns into a brief on Docs, pulls data from Sheets, and finally becomes a presentation, all within the same file. Since Canva launched this multi-format design system last year, users have created more than a quarter of a billion such designs.
