Oral-B has launched its iO Series 2 (iO2) electric toothbrush in India, bringing the brand’s iO magnetic cleaning technology to a more streamlined, single-touch design. The toothbrush is available exclusively through Flipkart, with prices starting at Rs 2,449 and going up to Rs 2,999 depending on the variant.
The iO2 uses Oral-B’s frictionless magnetic drive motor, which replaces conventional mechanical gears with magnetic energy delivered directly to the brush bristles. The system is paired with the company’s round brush head and uses micro-vibrations designed to clean individual teeth. Oral-B claims the toothbrush can remove up to 100 per cent more plaque than a manual toothbrush, while operating more quietly than its conventional mechanical counterparts.

A key feature is the Automatic Pressure Sensor, which reduces the brush’s speed when excessive force is detected. The feature is intended to help protect gums from over-brushing.
The iO2 has three cleaning modes — Daily Clean, Sensitive and Super Sensitive — controlled through a single-button interface. It starts in Super Sensitive mode by default, with Oral-B positioning this setting as a way to make the transition from a manual toothbrush easier for first-time electric toothbrush users.
The toothbrush is offered in two colour options: Calm Pink and Night Black. The Night Black variant also comes with a travel case.
The Oral-B iO2 goes on sale exclusively on Flipkart from September 12, 2026, at the introductory price range of Rs 2,449-2,999.
