Verdict
The Coca-Cola x G-Shock GA-2100 isn't trying to reinvent the wheel. It's taking one of G-Shock's best modern watches and giving collectors a reason to care.
For Coca-Cola enthusiasts, it's an easy purchase. For G-Shock collectors, it's a unique addition to the collection. And for everyone else, it's proof that brand collaborations can be thoughtful rather than gimmicky. At ₹14,995, you're not paying for extra functionality. You're paying for the story, the design details and the exclusivity. Fortunately, this watch delivers all three.

Functionality
Most brand collaborations fall into one of two categories. They’re either so subtle that nobody notices them, or they’re so loud that they feel more like merchandise than a product you’d actually want to use.
The Coca-Cola x G-Shock GA-2100 manages to avoid both traps.
Priced at ₹14,995, this limited-edition collaboration takes one of G-Shock’s most popular modern watches and dresses it up with a surprisingly tasteful Coca-Cola-inspired design. Of course, the listed price only tells part of the story. Like most limited drops, availability is likely to become a bigger challenge than affordability. Once these disappear from shelves, expect collectors and resellers to have their say.
The good news is that underneath the collaboration lies the GA-2100, better known as the “CasiOak,” a watch already loved by enthusiasts for its slim profile, ruggedness and everyday wearability.
Design

The design is the entire reason this watch exists, and thankfully, Casio has done its homework.
Instead of simply plastering Coca-Cola logos across the dial, the design takes inspiration from the brand’s iconic glass bottle. That’s where the unusual green colourway comes from. It immediately stands out among the sea of black G-Shocks without looking flashy.
The details get better the closer you look.
The day indicator is inspired by the contours of the famous Coke bottle. The dial graphics mimic carbonation bubbles rising through a soft drink. Turn the watch over, and you’ll find a caseback design inspired by a bottle cap.

Even the packaging feels special enough to justify keeping the box.
What I appreciated most is the restraint. Most people won’t immediately realise it’s a Coca-Cola watch. It rewards attention rather than demanding it.
As a result, it feels more like a well-executed design project than a corporate branding exercise.
Functionality

Functionally, there isn’t a lot to discuss, and that’s actually a compliment.
This is still a GA-2100 at heart.
You get the familiar carbon-core construction, 200 metres of water resistance, world time, stopwatch, countdown timer, alarms and impressive battery life. The analogue-digital layout remains easy to read, while the slim case makes it one of the most comfortable G-Shocks to wear daily.
If you’ve worn a GA-2100 before, you already know exactly what you’re getting.
The collaboration doesn’t add new features. It simply adds character.
