BenQ showcased its latest enterprise portfolio at InfoComm India 2026. The company revealed three products built for different parts of the modern workplace. These include the BenQ Board CP5505, a new 135-inch dvLED display, and the iScreenBar for individual desks.
BenQ built this showcase keeping in mind that: offices have turned hybrid. Meetings now mix in-person and remote participants across locations. So displays need to do more than just present slides.
BenQ Board CP5505: Built for the CXO Cabin
The BenQ Board CP5505 is a 55-inch interactive display made for the executive cabin. The screen combines video conferencing, collaboration tools, and file access in one unit. Executives can run hybrid meetings without booking a dedicated conference room.
The CP5505 can track who is speaking in a room. It also follows conversations happening at a distance. Plus, users can pull up their own files and apps just by approaching the screen. This cuts down on the setup time hybrid meetings usually need. The display also generates a transcript and summary after each meeting.
BenQ says the CP5505 meets Pantone-level colour accuracy, and its contrast is tuned for detailed documents and diagrams. The screen also supports Google Assistant activation and AI-generated meeting summaries during calls. According to BenQ, it is perfect for business reviews, hiring interviews, and other day-to-day office use.

A 135-Inch dvLED Display for Larger Spaces
For bigger settings, BenQ also showed a new 135-inch dvLED display. This one targets town halls, leadership addresses, and presentations with larger audiences. The display covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour space, which should keep visuals sharp even at that scale. Standard-format displays often can’t cover a room that size; this becomes BenQ’s largest display yet.
iScreenBar and ScreenBar Max
BenQ also previewed two desk lighting products in India: the iScreenBar and the ScreenBar Max. The iScreenBar is built specifically for iMac users. It uses BenQ’s ASYM-Light anti-glare optical structure, carried over from the ScreenBar Series. The bar provides even desk lighting without reflecting onto the screen. It is shaped to match the iMac’s slim, all-in-one design, rather than fitting it as a generic add-on.
The ScreenBar Max, meanwhile, targets dual-monitor setups. It uses BenQ’s ASYM-TriZone Light system, which creates a triangular light spread. This is adjustable for horizontal, vertical, or curved multi-monitor arrangements.
