Samsung has officially unveiled its 2025 lineup of ultra-premium televisions. This new range includes the Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED 4K, OLED, QLED TVs, and The Frame models, all integrated with the innovative Samsung Vision AI technology. This new Samsung technology aims to enhance the home entertainment experience for Indian consumers by combining AI-enhanced picture and sound for a more personalized viewing experience.
Samsung Vision AI operates on three core principles. The first is AI Mode, which utilizes deep-learning algorithms to optimize picture quality and sound in real-time, adjusting to both content and ambient conditions to ensure superior audio-visual output. The second principle, AI Experience, focuses on learning user preferences over time to deliver personalized content recommendations and settings, creating a more intuitive user interaction. Lastly, Multi-Device Connectivity enables seamless integration with smartphones, tablets, and other smart devices, promoting effortless content sharing and control within the Samsung ecosystem.
Viplesh Dang, Senior Director of Visual Display Business at Samsung India, highlighted the evolving role of televisions in Indian households. He emphasized that the new lineup is designed to foster connected, intelligent lifestyles and introduced the “It’s Your Show” concept, which signifies a shift towards user-centric experiences where the TV adapts to individual preferences and routines.
The Samsung Vision AI technology transforms televisions into adaptive hubs that engage with their environment and user behaviour. Several notable features enhance this experience, including Universal Gesture Control, which allows users to navigate their TV using simple hand movements without needing a remote. This feature leverages AI technology and connected devices like the Galaxy Watch. Additionally, AI Upscaling Pro enhances lower-resolution content to near-8K quality, ensuring superb detail and clarity during viewing.
