Agent in Settings
Microsoft is introducing an intelligent AI agent in the Settings app, designed to comprehend user intent and automate common tasks. Users can use natural language prompts such as:

The AI will either suggest steps to solve the issue or carry out the changes directly (with user permission).
Initially, this feature will be available to Windows Insiders on Snapdragon-powered Copilot+ PCs, with support for AMD and Intel devices to follow. English language input will be supported at launch.
New Actions in Click to Do
Click to Do, which offers contextual shortcuts such as copying text from images or removing backgrounds, is gaining new capabilities:

- Export an on-screen table to Excel
- Practice reading highlighted text aloud using Reading Coach
- Open Immersive Reader for an enhanced reading experience
- Schedule a Teams meeting directly from an email
Some of these features are already being deployed to Windows Insiders on Copilot+ PCs, with the rest coming later this month.

The enhanced Windows Search experience is now expanding to more regions. This update allows users to:
- Search for specific Windows settings
- Easily find and install apps from the Microsoft Store

The Relight feature in the Microsoft Photos app brings dynamic lighting controls to images. Users will be able to:

- Apply preset lighting styles instantly
Relight will debut first on Snapdragon X Series Copilot+ PCs, with broader support for AMD and Intel coming later this year.
New Paint Capabilities
Two new AI-powered features are launching in Paint for Copilot+ PCs:
- Sticker Generator: Create digital stickers from simple text prompts; usable on canvas, in documents, or in chats.
- Object Select: Offers smart selection for isolating and editing specific elements on the canvas.
These updates will be rolled out to Windows Insiders later this month.
New Features for Snipping Tool
The Windows Snipping Tool is getting major enhancements:
