Apple has introduced new Diwali offers, including a limited-time deal on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. Those purchasing either two devices will be able to snag Beats Solo Buds for themselves free of cost. However, this offer is only valid up to October 4, or till stocks last. Interestingly, these earbuds will come dressed in special edition packaging crafted by designer Aaquib Wani.
One thing to note about this deal is that those getting it won’t be eligible for additional bank discounts on their purchases. That said, exchange offers and EMI options will still be available on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. And those wanting to take advantage of the deal will need to buy the devices via Apple’s online store or visit the company’s offline outlets.
On the Apple website, iPhone 15’s base model is available at Rs 69,900, while that of the iPhone 15 Plus is priced at Rs 79,900. The Beats Solo Buds, which will be offered for free on these handsets, are officially priced at Rs 6,900.
Apple’s Diwali celebration includes deals on Macs as well. Instant cashback of up to Rs 10,000 can be availed on select Macs, while buyers of the iPhone 16 series handsets will be able to get up to Rs 5,000 cashback. The two-year-old iPhone 14 series also gets an up to Rs 3,000 cashback offer.
That being said, the Beast Solo Buds offer makes little sense right now because the iPhone 15 is selling at a big discount on Flipkart. It can be grabbed for Rs 56,249 if purchased with an HDFC Bank card. Adding a set of Beats Solo Buds to that cart will bring the price to Rs 63,149 and still save you Rs 6,751. The only thing you’ll be missing out on is the special edition packaging for the earbuds. For the iPhone 15 Plus, the effective price on Flipkart is Rs 64,999. Adding Rs 6,900 for the Beats Solo Buds makes it Rs 71,899, saving you Rs 6,900.
The Beats Solo Buds come a with fully-custom acoustic architecture and ergonomically-angled acoustic nozzles for a natural fit. They boast of an 18-hour battery life and work with both Android and iOS devices. However, they miss out on Apple’s H series chip as well as active noise cancellation.
Apple’s Diwali offer on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus is valid up to October 4 but as I said, you won’t be missing out on much if you fail to take advantage of it.
