Indian Railways has launched RailOne, an all-in-one app designed to simplify train travel across India. From ticket bookings to food delivery, the app brings multiple services under one roof, ensuring a seamless passenger experience.
Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw inaugurated the RailOne app on Tuesday, July 2, during the 40th Foundation Day of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) the organization responsible for building and managing Indian Railways’ digital infrastructure.
What is RailOne?
RailOne is a single-stop mobile application that integrates various passenger services. With its easy user interface and single sign-on feature, it minimizes the need for managing multiple apps or logins.
Available Platforms
The RailOne app is now available for both Android and iOS users. It can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
App Highlights
The Ministry of Railways stated that the app “It not only houses all the services in one place but also provides integrated connectivity between services, giving the user a holistic package of Indian Railways services,”.
Users who already use RailConnect or UTSonMobile can log in with the same username and password making the switch to RailOne hassle-free.

- UTS for unreserved tickets

- Rail Madad for customer support
- National Train Enquiry System (NTES) for live train tracking
With RailOne, these services are now consolidated into one application, drastically improving convenience for Indian Railways passengers.
