Canva has launched ‘Aap Aur Canva, Jodi Wah Wah!’, its biggest brand campaign in India to date, focusing on how AI can make creative tools more accessible to creators, professionals and small businesses. The campaign builds on the company’s earlier ‘Dil Se Design Tak’ initiative and shifts the narrative from encouraging people to believe they can create to helping them turn ideas into finished work.
The campaign features Farah Khan, Raghu Ram and Terence Lewis, who take on a familiar reality-show judging format. Instead of critiquing performances, the trio reacts to creators, working professionals and entrepreneurs who use Canva to turn their ideas into polished visual content. The campaign is built around Canva’s positioning that simplifying creativity can encourage more people to create.

Canva is also highlighting several of its AI-powered tools through the campaign. These include Magic Video 2.0, which can turn ideas into videos, AI-powered Presentations, which generates presentations from prompts, and Magic Layers, aimed at simplifying marketing content creation. The campaign also promotes Canva Pro Lite, an AI-first, mobile-first subscription designed and priced specifically for India.
Additional short-form creatives showcase features including Image to Video, Style Match, AI Video Effects, Offline Mode, and Music & SFX Generation, highlighting Canva’s broader AI toolkit. The hero films have been produced in Hindi and Tamil, with the company aiming to ground the campaign in familiar Indian cultural moments and storytelling.
The campaign marks Canva’s first creative collaboration with independent agency Fundamental. According to Canva India Country Manager Chandrika Deb, the initiative is aimed at reducing the gap between having an idea and confidently bringing it to life, regardless of a user’s design experience or technical skills.
