Adobe is offering students in India a free year of Photoshop. The offer comes through Adobe’s official website and targets eligible college students during the festive season. The first 12 months of the subscription cost nothing.
Students still pay a token ₹2 at sign-up. That payment sets up a UPI AutoPay, once it goes through, the free 12-month subscription activates on the student’s account.
This offer is separate from Adobe’s earlier student programme. In February, Adobe announced free access to Photoshop, Acrobat and Firefly through accredited higher education institutions in India. That programme works through colleges. The new offer is through Adobe’s own checkout. Students enter their college details during the process.
The plan renews automatically after 12 months. The student will then have to pay ₹1,999 per year, according to Adobe’s usual subscription price.

How to claim the offer
Claiming the offer takes only a few minutes. First, open Adobe’s Photoshop student offer page and start the checkout. Next, enter your name and email address. Then choose UPI as the payment method. Then enter your college details.
Finally, approve the UPI AutoPay mandate in your payment app. The subscription then activates for the next 12 months.
Students should watch the AutoPay closely. Users advise cancelling AutoPay after claiming the offer. Students who do not want to pay after the free year should cancel before it ends.
