Apple has announced a new lineup of smart home products, including the all-new Apple HomeView, HomePod mini 2, the latest Apple TV 4K and a collection of connected home accessories. The products incorporate Siri AI, entertainment and home automation in one system. With these launches, Apple is looking to make its smart home ecosystem more connected and easier to manage.
Apple HomeView
The biggest announcement is Apple HomeView, the company’s new smart home display. It features a 7-inch Liquid Retina display and combines entertainment, communication and home controls in one device. Users can play music, make FaceTime calls, check reminders and calendars, and manage compatible smart home accessories. HomeView also introduces Siri AI, which can offer more conversational responses and personalised information than before. It recognises household members by their faces and adapts the content displayed for each person. Users can place it on a tabletop or mount it on a wall.
In India, Apple HomeView is priced at ₹39,900. Pre-orders opened on October 13, with availability scheduled to begin on November 13. The wall-mounted version also costs ₹39,900, while compatible mounting accessories are sold separately.
HomePod mini 2
Apple has also introduced HomePod mini 2, the next generation of its compact smart speaker. The device comes in five colours: pink, green, blue, white and midnight. With enhanced audio, it is designed to work with Siri AI in a future software update. Users can play music across multiple rooms, control connected accessories with voice commands and set up home automations. When paired with the new Apple TV 4K, the speaker also supports a four-speaker surround sound setup, offering a home theatre experience.
HomePod mini 2 is priced at ₹18,900 in India. Pre-orders began on October 13, and availability is scheduled to start on October 30.
Apple expands its smart home ecosystem with HomeView, HomePod mini 2, Apple TV 4K and connected accessories, bringing AI-powered controls and entertainment together.

Apple TV 4K
The new Apple TV 4K is another key addition to the lineup. It features the A19 chip, which Apple says delivers up to 50% faster CPU performance and up to twice the GPU performance compared with the previous generation. The streaming device also brings the conversational Siri AI experience to the TV. Built-in far-field microphones let users search for shows, ask questions, and control playback. The updated Siri Remote also supports Apple’s Find My feature, making it easier to locate when misplaced.
Apple TV 4K continues to function as a smart home hub. Users can control compatible accessories, run automations and receive security camera notifications on their television.
In India, the new Apple TV 4K is priced at ₹39,900. Pre-orders opened on October 13, with availability beginning November 13.
Cameras, Locks and Thermostats
Apple has also introduced the Apple Home Collection, a range of smart home accessories developed in collaboration with LG Electronics and Schneider Electric. The collection includes indoor and outdoor security cameras, a video doorbell, a smart door lock and two thermostat options.
The collection also includes thermostats from LG and Schneider Electric. These are designed to work with Apple’s Home platform, allowing users to manage home security and climate controls alongside other connected accessories.
The Apple Home Collection is scheduled to begin arriving in December 2026, with select accessories following in early 2027. Apple has announced availability in the US, UK and Canada, so an Indian launch has not been confirmed.
