Launched by the Indian audio brand Mivi, these earbuds integrate a conversational AI platform, marketed as the “world’s first human-like AI” for earbuds. Priced at Rs. 6,999 (though often available for Rs. 3,999), they boast features like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), LDAC codec, and a 40-hour battery life. But are these the best AI-powered earbuds on the market? Let’s dive in.

Design and Build

The Mivi AI Buds sport a striking, hourglass-inspired design with a glossy metallic finish that screams style. The oval-shaped charging case are compact and lightweight, with the case measuring 6.3 x 5.0 x 3.4 cm and weighing just 52 grams. The ergonomic fit ensures comfort during long sessions, staying secure even during workouts or brisk walks. Extra ear tips are included for customization, enhancing the fit.

However, the glossy finish, while eye-catching, is a magnet for scratches and smudges. Cleaning the buds and case is a chore, as fingerprints and dirt cling stubbornly to the surface.
