MSI Unveils Redesigned Laptop Lineup at CES 2026

At CES 2026, MSI introduced its latest laptop offerings, including the revamped Prestige series aimed at modern professionals. These new models are designed to combine performance and aesthetics, showcasing a completely new design language characterized by smoother contours and improved craftsmanship. The updated Prestige series features the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, offering a lightweight yet powerful business laptop experience.

Eric Kuo, Executive Vice President and General Manager of MSI’s NB Business Unit, highlighted the innovative features of the new Prestige lineup, such as the Action Touchpad and MSI Nano Pen, which aim to improve productivity for professionals on the go.

Intel’s Jim Johnson, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Client Computing Group, highlighted the collaboration between Intel and MSI to deliver advanced technology that enhances user experiences. The new Prestige series is equipped with Intel’s latest processors, offering impressive performance and battery life suitable for business and productivity tasks.

In addition to the Prestige series, MSI unveiled its next-generation gaming laptops, including the Raider, Stealth, and Crosshair series. These models sport redesigned chassis, improved thermal performance, and an upgraded I/O layout. The gaming lineup features NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics to deliver enhanced performance and innovative design.

The Stealth 16 AI+ received particular recognition, earning the CES Innovation Award in the Computer Hardware & Components category for its balance of portability and power. This accolade positions the Stealth series as a competitive option among thin-and-light performance laptops.

MSI also launched the Modern S series, designed for general users, featuring Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors for powerful performance and a sleek design.

Furthermore, the Claw 8 AI+ Glacier Blue Edition was introduced, featuring a unique Glacier Blue finish appealing to gamers with its stylish design.

John Hung, NB Head of South Asia & Middle East at MSI, commented on shifts in consumer computing priorities, noting rising expectations for performance, design, and usability. He highlighted the importance of adapting products to meet diverse user needs, particularly in significant markets like India.

The Prestige 14 and Prestige 16 models, now thinner and more refined, are crafted from full aluminium and designed for professionals seeking exceptional performance. The Prestige 14 weighs approximately 1.32 kg, which is a 22% reduction from its predecessor, while the Prestige 16 weighs 1.59 kg. Both models are equipped with high-capacity 81Wh batteries, offering over 30 hours of 1080p video playback, and feature Intel Arc B390 graphics for improved visual performance.

The new Prestige Flip series includes 2-in-1 versions of the Prestige 14 and 16, featuring touch-enabled displays and stylus support for users who prefer hands-on control. Each model comes bundled with the MSI Nano Pen, reinforcing MSI’s focus on integrating innovative tools for enhanced productivity.
