Nothing has announced the opening of its sixth Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata, India. This new facility aims to enhance the company’s after-sales infrastructure in the region, demonstrating its commitment to providing efficient and specialized support to its expanding customer base.
Currently, Nothing operates five Exclusive Service Centres across India, and the Kolkata location is a strategic addition to its plan of building a robust service ecosystem to accommodate the rapid growth of its user community. The centre will offer dedicated assistance from trained specialists, priority servicing, expert diagnostics, and improved customer care within a brand-focused environment.
Akis Evangelidis, co-founder and President of Nothing India, commented on the expansion, stating, “At Nothing, we see customer experience as an extension of product experience. As our community continues to grow across India, expanding our exclusive service infrastructure is essential. The launch of our sixth Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata reflects our commitment to delivering faster, more reliable, and more specialized support to our users in the country.”

The Kolkata Exclusive Service Centre is located on the 3rd Floor at #66 Vivekananda Road, Girish Park North, P.S. Girish Park, Kolkata – 700006. The centre will operate Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and will remain closed on Sundays. On the second and fourth Saturdays of each month, the centre will observe a Nothing Service Day, offering customers complimentary product cleaning, discounts on spare parts, and no service charges.
To support its growth trajectory, Nothing is heavily investing in after-sales infrastructure. In 2025, the company expanded its service network from 350 to 430 centres nationwide, with plans to reach 500 by the end of 2026. Priority service desks have increased from 5 to over 30 locations, enhancing accessibility and reducing customer turnaround times across India.
The new Kolkata service centre is also part of Nothing’s broader initiative to provide personalized and premium after-sales support. In addition to repairs and technical aid, the centre will host service camps and offer access to various care plans and device protection solutions.
India has emerged as a critical growth market for Nothing, which was recognised as the fastest-growing smartphone brand in the country, leading in 7 of 8 consecutive quarters in 2025. The company surpassed $1 billion in total sales at the beginning of 2025 and has since grown to $1.3 billion in sales, supported by $200 million in Series C funding from global investors. Earlier this month, Nothing also inaugurated its first flagship offline store in Bengaluru and is preparing to launch the Phone (4a) on March 5, 2026.
