Nothing has officially unveiled the design of its upcoming Phone (4b), offering the first look at the smartphone ahead of its global launch on July 7. The device marks the debut of the company’s all-new “b” series, a product line created to serve as an accessible entry point into the Nothing ecosystem while retaining the brand’s distinctive design philosophy.
Building on the teaser shared earlier this week, the Phone (4b) combines design elements from two of Nothing’s recent smartphones. It borrows the refined unibody construction of the Phone (4a) Pro while incorporating the expressive Glyph Bar first seen on the Phone (4a). The result is a device that looks familiar to existing Nothing users, yet introduces a more youthful interpretation of the brand’s signature transparent aesthetic.

Nothing says the Phone (4b) has been designed with a new generation of users in mind. The transparent rear panel continues to expose thoughtfully arranged internal elements, but the overall design has been simplified to create a cleaner, more approachable look.
Beyond aesthetics, Nothing claims the Phone (4b) has received structural improvements aimed at enhancing durability, while a soft-touch finish is intended to make the device more comfortable to hold during extended use.
The Phone (4b) is the first smartphone in Nothing’s newly introduced “b” series, which the company describes as the starting point for users entering its growing ecosystem of devices. While pricing and hardware specifications remain under wraps, those details are expected to be announced when the smartphone officially launches on July 7 at 4:00 PM IST.
