    Dell Technologies acquired VMware in 2016 as part of a $67 billion deal with EMC Corporation. Since then, VMware has continued operating as a separate subsidiary, focusing on cloud computing and virtualisation. The company provides software solutions that allow users to run multiple operating systems on a single physical server and cloud management and automation tools. 

    Boomi

    Boomi is a cloud-based integration platform that helps businesses connect their applications and data across various systems. The platform allows users to easily create and manage integrations between cloud and on-premises applications and automate workflows and data synchronisation. In 2021, Boomi was acquired by private equity firm Francisco Partners but remains a subsidiary of Dell Technologies.

    Secureworks

    Secureworks is a cybersecurity company that provides a range of security solutions to businesses and government organisations. The company offers threat detection and response, managed security services, and consulting services to help organisations protect their networks and data. Secureworks was founded in 1999 and became a subsidiary of Dell Technologies in 2011.

    Pivotal

    Pivotal is a software development company offering various tools and services that help businesses build and deploy modern, scalable, cloud-native applications. In 2019, Dell Technologies acquired Pivotal, and since then, Pivotal has continued operating as a Dell Technologies subsidiary, focusing on helping businesses build and deploy applications on modern cloud infrastructure.

    RSA

    RSA is a cybersecurity company that provides a range of solutions to help organisations protect their networks and data. The company offers identity and access management, threat detection and response, and fraud prevention solutions to businesses and government organisations worldwide. RSA was founded in 1982 and became a subsidiary of Dell Technologies in 2016.
