Lumio has officially announced the sale of its 55-inch variants of the Lumio Vision 9 (2026) and Lumio Vision 7 (2026) models. The televisions will be available for purchase starting June 4, 2026, at 12 noon on major e-commerce platforms including Amazon India and Flipkart.
The decision to release these new models follows a positive response to the earlier launches of the 65-inch Lumio Vision 9 (2026) and the 43-inch Lumio Vision 7 (2026). The introduction of the 55-inch variants aims to provide an enhanced viewing experience tailored for streaming, gaming, and content discovery.
Both the Lumio Vision 9 and Vision 7 are built upon Lumio’s strategy to address the “Slow TV Epidemic.” This lineup combines high-performance hardware with intelligent software to offer a seamless Smart TV experience. The 55-inch Vision 9 model features Lumio’s Boss Performance architecture equipped with MediaTek’s Pentonic700 chipset, alongside 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, promising what the company describes as India’s fastest TV experience. It boasts a QD MiniLED display, supports Dolby Vision, and achieves peak brightness of up to 800 nits. The TV supports native resolutions up to 4K at 144Hz and 1080p at 240Hz, including features like VRR and ALLM.
On the other hand, the Lumio Vision 7 (2026) integrates the same Boss Performance architecture with premium QLED technology, offering vibrant visuals and consistent performance. The Vision 7 model also sees an upgrade to 64GB of storage, four times more than its predecessor, and provides 78% coverage of Rec. 2020 HDR and 108% coverage of DCI-P3, with a peak brightness of 400 nits.
Both models are equipped with TLDR 2.0, a proprietary content discovery platform that streamlines access to movies, TV shows, sports, and music. The dedicated TLDR button on the remote lets users easily explore trending content across various streaming services and filter selections by genre, language, and platform.
In an upcoming update, all Lumio Vision TVs and Arc Projectors will receive the Project Neo enhancement from Lumio Labs, introducing innovative features such as the ability to discover content through conversation on WhatsApp and integration with Instagram for seamless viewing experiences.
