    Upcoming Budget-friendly Smart phones are launching in February 2025

    January has been an exhilarating month with major releases like the OnePlus 13 and Galaxy S25 Ultra kicking off the year strongly. As February approaches, mid-range smartphones from brands such as Vivo, iQOO, Xiaomi, and others are set to make their debut in the market shortly.

    Here are five such budget friendly phones which is expected to launch in February 2025:

    Vivo V50

    Vivo has teased that the V50 series is expected to be out this month 

    focusing on its camera features and an innovative Wedding mode. Although the company has yet to announce the release date, rumors indicate that the smartphone is expected to be launched in February 2025. 

    Rumors suggest that the device will come equipped with a dual-camera arrangement on the rear and a 50 MP high-resolution front-facing camera. It is anticipated that the smartphone will be driven by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and will probably be launched with the latest Android 15-based FunTouchOS 15 interface.

    iQOO Neo 10R

    iQOO has announced on X (previously Twitter) that the iQOO Neo 10R is likely arriving in India this month. It will be available in a striking Blue and White color combination exclusive to India, featuring a design inspired by racing tracks.

    The iQOO Neo 10R is emerging as a mid-range smartphone focused on performance and is rumored to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. The device is anticipated to sport a 6.78-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate and is believed to include an impressive 6,400 mAh battery along with 80/100W fast charging capabilities.

    Xiaomi 15 Series

    Xiaomi is set to make a strong impact in the Indian market once more with its latest Xiaomi 15 Series smartphones. The Xiaomi 15 Series has officially launched in China, featuring models such as the Xiaomi 15, Xiaomi 15 Pro, Xiaomi 15 Custom Edition, and the Limited Edition. Meanwhile, India is expected to witness the release of the Xiaomi 15 and the Xiaomi 15 Ultra later this month.

    The device features a 5,400mAh battery that supports 90W HyperCharge technology. It is anticipated that the display will be 6.36 inches in size, with a 120Hz refresh rate and an astounding peak brightness of 3,200 nits. Photography lovers can anticipate a triple Leica ultra high-speed lens arrangement. The Xiaomi 15 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Currently, information about the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is limited. Stay tuned for more information.

    Oneplus Open 2

    OnePlus caused a stir in the foldable phone market with the introduction of the OnePlus Open in 2023. A year later, the foldable still stands as a formidable option, but anticipation is growing for its next iteration. A recent leak suggests that the upcoming OnePlus Open, likely to be called the OnePlus Open 2, may be launching shortly.

    Rumors indicate that the OnePlus Open 2 might be equipped with a 6,000mAh battery and offer options with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM. It is anticipated to come with OxygenOS 15, which is built on Android 15 and includes improved AI features. 

    Information regarding the display, performance, and cost is still not disclosed, so stay tuned for further updates.

    Tecno Pova 7

    Tecno has confirmed that it will soon introduce its latest phone in the Pova series. The company has shared promotional images depicting the phone’s silhouette. The device appears to have a triangular camera shape on the rear, accompanied by LED lighting surrounding it.

    The new Pova is set to have a distinctive LED light encircling its triple-camera arrangement. Anticipated to focus on photography, the device may come with a triple-camera configuration along with competitive specifications and some AI capabilities.

    The device reportedly boasts a Dimensity 7300 processor, an Octa-Core configuration running at 2.5 GHz, 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of internal storage. It houses a 6000 mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The screen measures 6.82 inches and offers a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, featuring a 144 Hz refresh rate along with a water drop notch.
