Urban Company has expanded its Native smart home portfolio with the launch of the Native M3 and Native M3 Pro water purifiers. Designed to reduce the hassles associated with conventional RO systems, the new premium models combine long-life filtration, connected monitoring and an unconditional three-year warranty. Prices start at ₹22,000, and the purifiers are now available through the Urban Company app and official website.
The biggest highlight of the Native M3 Pro is its filtration system, which is engineered to operate for up to three years without requiring routine servicing or filter replacements. Urban Company says this significantly reduces long-term ownership costs, with customers potentially saving more than ₹26,000 over nine years compared to conventional RO water purifiers that require frequent maintenance.

The Native M3 Pro also brings a suite of smart features aimed at modern households. It includes 100 per cent RO purification, a food-grade stainless-steel storage tank, advanced mineralisation and pH balancing for improved taste, and a dot-matrix smart display for real-time status updates. Through the Urban Company app, users can monitor filter health, water quality and key performance metrics remotely, adding an extra layer of convenience to everyday use.
Commenting on the launch, Varun Khaitan, Co-Founder and COO of Urban Company, said the company aims to challenge the industry’s long-standing dependence on frequent servicing and costly filter replacements by offering a more reliable and hassle-free ownership experience backed by technology and after-sales support.
The launch comes amid strong momentum for Urban Company’s Native business. According to the company, the division recorded ₹267 crore in revenue from operations during FY26, representing 130 per cent year-on-year growth, while Net Transaction Value (NTV) rose 122 per cent to ₹345 crore. Native also maintains an average 4.5-star customer rating and a 75 per cent customer renewal rate, reflecting continued demand for its integrated product and service model.
