Designed with Sony’s proprietary acoustic technologies and top-shelf components, the headphones offer high-quality sound and impressive noise isolation capabilities. It incorporates a completely sealed housing and optimised internal acoustic structure, along with high sound-insulation ear tips to further enhance the noise isolation.
The key features are designed to meet the needs of their target audience: professional performers and audio enthusiasts. The IER-M500 presents Sony’s unique fitting support that has been designed to adapt to diverse ear shapes. With a thoughtful ergonomic design, the headphones aim to provide a stable and comfortable fit.

Keeping in mind the active movements of a performance, the headphones have been tested to withstand repeated bending, it is engineered for durability. The headphones have also undergone Sony’s water resistance testing, perfecting them for stage use.
The IER-M500 comes with the following accessories: noise isolation earbud tips, fitting supporters, a cable clip and a carry pouch to store and transport the headphones and all the accessories.
